SAFL Technical Sales Support
Looking for Technical Manager (“PM”) for SAFL (Sealant, Adhesive, Filler and Lubricant) business line. SAFL is quite a diversified group with a variety of product ranges. The Technical Sales Support will master all products’ technical specifications and provide technical support to the customers and salesforce. The employee will provide troubleshooting assistance to customers and sales team, involve in new product development processes; and able to provide product technical trainings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Study and master technical specifications of existing products and new products on pipeline.
- Carry out product trials, testing and site demo.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Work on after-sales support services, troubleshooting (whenever issues incurred) and provide technical back up as required
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements. Able to address customers’ queries.
- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
- Arrange and carry out product training
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Min 4-year experience in similar technical roles. Experience in similar categories (i.e sealant, adhesives, and other construction chemical)
• University graduate on construction civil engineering, construction materials and other relevant applied science fields
• Strong experience on construction site work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good English skills required; must be able to work/ discuss/ present to foreign colleagues
• Willing-to-learn attitude. Able to work well independently
• Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility
• Willing to travel frequently
• Effective planning, and implementation skills
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
Remuneration package:
• Salaries: 2-30 million VND / month.
• SI, HI, UI fully complied with Vietnamese regulations.
• Performance bonus depending on the company’s performance and the employee performance.
• Working hours: Mon – Fri (8AM-5PM), Sat (8AM-12PM)
SAFL Product Manager
Looking for Product Manager (“PM”) for SAFL (Sealant, Adhesive, Filler and Lubricant) business line. SAFL is quite a diversified group with a variety of product ranges. SAFL is expanding its business and aims at widening the product portfolio. The PM will be in charge of (i) new product developments (market insights) and (ii) coordinate with marketing team to ensure the marketing activities in line with overall product/ sales strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies and activities on a regular basis
- Organize the launch of new products and features and equip the sales team with adequate sales arguments to drive customer value
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical and other cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and develop new products.
- Update marketing materials such as catalogue, brochure, data sheet. Support in writing articles for relevant products.
- Conduct training to Sales and Technical teams, and introduce products to customers in seminar, workshop.
- Act as a bridge between SAFL team and marketing team to align marketing activities toward the brands’/ products’ objective.
- Ensures alignment in the organization about brand positioning and messaging
- Enhance internal collaboration through close communications with other divisions and departments in the organization
- Other duties as assigned

• University graduate on business/ marketing fields

• Excellent English skills required; must be able to work/ discuss/ present to foreign colleagues

SAFL B2B/Project Sale Manager
Looking for Project Sales Manager for SAFL (Sealant, Adhesive, Filler and Lubricant) business line. SAFL is quite a diversified group with a variety of product ranges. The Project Sales Manager will (i) manage the existing customer (ii) identify potential customers and grow customer portfolio (ii) achieve sales target and develop sale pipeline.
Main Responsibilities:
Meet Sales Goals - Consistently meet or exceed sales, business development and customer service goals.
Build Sales Pipeline - Build a strong sales/ business development pipeline. Identify customers/ end users who may purchase products, plan and schedule follow-up communication.
Make Proactive Contact with Existing and Potential Clients - make proactive contacts with existing customers, and leads. The customers/ leads may include distributors, construction contractors/sub-contractors, project owners or other relevant parties.
Deliver Proposal Opportunities - Upon identification of a proposal opportunity, align the client with the appropriate technical resource in order to develop a proposal and compile proper proposal. Able to figure out the processes from closing of the sale, delivery of the product, and feedback from the customers.
Handle queries/ feedback from customers - Receive and handle queries/ feedback from customers/ end users in prompt and timely manner. Coordinate with relevant technical team to solve technical queries which requires high level of technical knowledge.
Continually Improves Skills - work to continually improve selling skills. Listen to and incorporate coaching feedback and new techniques learned in sales training sessions, and becomes a product expert. Understand features, benefits and product changes.
Receivables collection - work closely with customers/ end users to monitor and push for payment of receivables. Minimize overdue debtors.
