REFLECTIVE ROAD LINE PAINT
NIPPON REFLECTIVE ROAD LINE PAINT is a Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin with Reflective Beads based paint. It is tough, fast-drying and weather-durable coat formulated to withstand heavy wear for road and floor marking with reflective property.
Physical Characteristics of Paint:
- Colour : White, Yellow, Red and Black
- Finish : Matt
- Specific Gravity : 1.37 ± 0.05 (1)
- Solid Content : 42 ± 2 by volume (1)
- Remark: (1) Base on White colour

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry, free from grease, oil and any others foreign matter.
Recommended No. of Coats : 2 coats
Recommended Film Thickness per coat: 35 microns for dry film/ 84 microns for wet film
Theoretical Coverage at 12.0 m2 / liter (for dry film thickness of 35 microns)
Practical Coverage (20% Loss Factor): 9.6 m2 / liter (for dry film thickness of 35 microns)
